Questions About Support

All of our plans include basic ticketing and email support. We support our product exclusively and want your experience to be as seamless as possible. Our support team is available from 9Am to 4:30PM Monday through Friday Mountain Standard Time. 

Our support covers aspects such as general how-to issues (also in our knowledgebase), user and team onboarding, bug reporting, and billing issues.

Of course! There is a link in the email you will receive after signing up to setup an onboarding call with our support team. On this call they will answer any questions you may have, as well as offer training and best practices for setting up and using your Staffly portal.

When you sign-up for a Staffly Portal, we offer free onboarding and initial training. You’ll receive an email with how to schedule your initial training.
