We've set out to build a staff organization tool that helps team members visualize their company's processes, streamline training, communicate effectively, and get more done. We know from experience how daunting it can be to try to stay organized with multiple platforms and keep employees compliant. So, we created Staffly around activity-based organization, a proven approach that’s all about sharing important information, procedures, and training.

How Staffly Started
After developing online training and course platforms for the wide world of healthcare and pharmaceuticals and working with hundreds of thousands of team members, we spotted a gap in the world of HR training and compliance.
In our combined 65 years of experience, we had not seen a tool that catered to the needs of both management and staff members when it came to training, collaboration, hiring, and compliance. So, we decided to create our own.
Our team is comprised of individuals from all sides of the table, from development to training, and we share a goal to create a software platform that puts the needs of staff first. The result is Staffly.
